Espace du blé au pain

The Espace du Blé au Pain aims to be a place of discovery for visitors, bringing together the following three areas under one roof: a shop selling local produce, a bakery, tea room and restaurant, and the revamped Swiss Museum of Wheat and Bread.

A meeting place for farmers, millers and bakers, the Espace du Blé au Pain showcases their expertise, whether in the Local Produce Shop, the Bakery, or along the museum trail, which offers a live demonstration of the miller’s and baker’s trades.
